RETURNS WILL BE HANDLED IN THE FOLLOWING MANOR:
All returned merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee with the following exceptions, 1) item is damaged, 2) item was not ordered or 3) prior approval from JDH.
1) Damaged merchandise will be exchanged for identical items or for other items of comparable value of customers choice.
2) Incorrect items will be replaced with correct one or other items of comparable value of customers choice.
NOTE: All returns must be approved in advance and are returned at customers expense.
NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable after the items have been shipped.
NOTE: Please provide alternates or action to take if item is out of stock or is discontinued!
Out of stock item will remain on back order until filled or JDH receives notification to cancel.
